PRICING AND ADDITIONS

The pricing options you see are a guide with some room to adjust. Because every project is different, variables will determine the final pricing and will be set once an agreement is made and a contract is signed.

WHAT IF MY SESSION NEEDS MORE TIME?

Weddings, Quinceaneras, Sweet 16s, Parties and Events in most circumstances won’t fall under additional time needed as many of them are 8+ hour coverage are priced by package for the day. Other shoots will be charged at an additional $75 per half hour past the agreed upon time session.

Saturdays 12PM-8PM

Sundays 12PM-8PM

Mondays 12PM-8PM

Tuesdays 10AM-2PM (Studio Shoots Only)

A deposit of 25% is needed to secure dates for Weddings, Quince’s, Sweet 16s, Parties and Events.

A non refundable deposit of $75 is needed to secure studio, outdoor, and engagement shoots.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING THE SHOOT?

During your time, you should expect to be guided in a professional manner to get the best shots possible. the photographer will help guide and properly pose you. The photographer will offer insight and opinions to get the most out of the time. Usage of furniture and items in the studio to enhance the shoot is perfectly fine. 

DO YOU HAVE A STUDIO?

Yes, the studio is its own massive room located in a private residence, roughly 750 Sq.Ft. with a Cyclorama wall stage measuring roughly 23FT by 13FT. The studio is located in the North West Indiana area by the Hammond South Shore Line train station.

 WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE?

It’s understandable that things come up and plans have to change. A notice of cancellation or rescheduling as soon as possible is highly appreciated. Cancellation forfeits the security deposit. The sooner notification is given for a schedule change, the better chance of getting a favorable date and time but the latest notification should be at least 24-48 hours (1 to 2 days) before the initial shoot date.

Big events such as weddings and the like are normally scheduled far in advance. Cancellation up to at least 30 days or 1 month prior to the event will allow deposits refunded minus $150. Cancellation within the 30 days of the event will still be eligible for refund but minus $300 of the deposit.  

DO I GET TO KEEP ALL THE PHOTOS FROM THE SHOOT?

DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total price is due upon booking your session

REMAINING BALANCE: The remaining balance for portraits is due 24 hours before the day of your session. If payment is not received the session will cancel. 

PAYMENTS: Remaining balance payments can be made via reminder emails that are sent 24, 72 & 168 hours before your session.

SESSIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES: All cancellations forfeit the deposit. Reschedules are permitted once per deposit if requested 1 day before the session. Reschedules must keep the same session type but can change the date and time. Reschedules that change the session type require another deposit. All reschedules are subject to availability and must be booked within 30 days of the original session.

LATE ARRIVAL: After 15 minutes the session is cancelled at the photographer's discretion. You forfeit the deposit and remaining balance. 

PETS & GUESTS: Pets are not allowed in the studio. You are able to bring a max of 2 people to accompany you during your session.
